Arrival notification texts
You'll receive an "on the way" text 5-15 minutes before we arrive, so you're never surprised. No need to be home or come outside, but we ask that aggressive dogs are brought inside and access to cleaning areas is provided. This ensures smooth and efficient service for everyone.

We double check that your gate is securely latched before leaving and sanitize our equipment and shoes with kennel grade disinfectant. Our custom built

Digital service notes
We add service notes to your online client portal after each visit. If we notice anything unusual about your dog's waste, we'll let you know immediately.

If you're unsure whether you're within our service area or if you are nearby, feel free to reach out and we'll happily check for you.
If you're just outside our listed service area, it's still worth contacting us. In some cases, we're able to accommodate nearby homes depending on routing and availability.
If we're not able to service your location right now, we may be able to in the near future as we continue to expand.
Each service area is assigned a specific service day, similar to how trash collection works. This helps us keep routes efficient and service consistent. When signing up, you'll be assigned a service day. Depending on your location, we may be able to offer an alternative service day that better fits your schedule.
We assign a service day when you sign up based on your location and our current routes. In many cases, we're able to offer an alternative service day if you need a different option.
We aren't able to guarantee specific arrival times, since routes are optimized by area. However, we try to stay consistent and we'll always send a text notification shortly before we arrive so you know when to expect us.
Service days typically stay the same. Occasionally, we make adjustments to our service areas and zones, usually at the beginning of the year, which may result in a service day change.
If your service day ever needs to change, we'll notify you in advance and clearly communicate what to expect.
